Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Village Essence, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

Returns

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Product received in defective condition.

Customers must raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for returns:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds are generally credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
